How safe is your money?
Your money is extremely safe. Your account is held with one of our FCA-regulated payment providers, who work directly with tier-one banks like Barclays, Citibank and NatWest. Funds are kept in separate, secure accounts with these banks, completely ring-fenced from company money. This means that even if Reciprocal or our partners stopped trading, your money would still be protected and returned to you. We will never ask you to send money to Reciprocal’s own account; payments always go straight to our regulated providers.
What currencies can we provide?
You can hold all the major currencies in your account, like GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY, and CHF, plus most Middle Eastern currencies such as ILS, AED, BHD, JOD, KWD, QAR and SAR. We also support popular Asian currencies, including SGD, THB, and HKD. We are always trying to add more, so if you need a specific currency, just drop us an email at personal@reciprocal.cc and we will let you know if we can support it.
