How does it work?
1. Open an account
Upon your account being approved, you’ll be given access to a secure online platform, powered by one of our FCA-regulated providers. Once logged in, we recommend you start by adding and saving the bank account details of your beneficiaries.
2. Get a quote
Get a quote for the currencies you wish to exchange. The quickest way is to do this from your online platform. Alternatively, feel free to call, WhatsApp or email your relationship manager to obtain a quote.
3. Book the conversion
Once you are happy with the quote, you can book the conversion via the platform or through your relationship manager. You will then receive an automated email with your settlement account details. Please send your settlement funds to this account.
4. Your payment is sent
Once your funds clear in the settlement account, they're exchanged and the onward payment is sent to your chosen beneficiary. While banks can take up to five days, our international payments are typically processed within hours.
